01 — Who We Are
TYKH. is an independent project developing and launching high-phenolic extra virgin olive oil. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you interact with our website at tykhlabs.com or join our waitlist.
For GDPR purposes, we act as the data controller for personal data submitted through our waitlist form.

When you join our waitlist, we collect the following data:

We do not collect payment data, passwords, or any sensitive personal data at this stage.
03 — Analytics & Tracking
We use Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors interact with our website. Meta Pixel may set cookies in your browser and send data to Meta Platforms, Inc.
We also use the Meta Conversions API (server-side), which sends anonymised, hashed event data (hashed email, hashed country, IP address) directly from our server to Meta to improve ad measurement accuracy.

We use GeoJS to detect your approximate country from your IP address. No personal data is stored by GeoJS.
04 — How We Store Your Data
Waitlist data is stored in a secure SQLite database hosted on Fly.io, located in the Amsterdam, EU region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit via HTTPS.
We retain your data until you request deletion or until the waitlist closes and allocations are fulfilled. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as described in Section 03.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time
